Cut your fabric using the pattern. You need four sides for each pumpkin. NOTE: The large pumpkin sewing pattern is to be cut on the fold. Then put two of your pieces together and sew around one side.

Fold your fabric in half and cut out 8 of the pattern shapes on the fold. Place 2 of the fabric shapes right sides facing together and sew all the way around with a 1cm (1/2 inch) seam allowance. Leave a gap at the base as indicated on the pattern, and backstitch at the start and end of your stitching. Pivot with the needle down at the top.
